As we strive to grow in faith and service to our Lord in His kingdom, we find great encouragement in the wisdom of the Holy Spirit given through the words of Simon Peter. What does he have to teach us in 2 Peter 1:1-10?

In verse 5 he says, “For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your 
faith with ________________.

We are told that if we work to practice these things to the point that they are not only present in our lives but are increasing we will effective and fruitful in our cause for Christ!

How better to grow our faith like that grain of mustard seed than to make every effort to build our faith up with these things!
